Description:  Built by American Car and Foundry in 1950 for use on Great Northern's International, which ran between Seattle, Washington, and Vancouver, British Columbia.

Title:  ex-L&N "Royal Street"
Description:  "Royal Street" was of one eight 5 double bedroom-buffet-lounge observation ordered in 1946, built by Pullman-Standard, and completed in February and March of 1950. Four of the cars were placed in service on the “Royal Palm”. The other four cars, one owned by the Southern Railway, two, including the ROYAL STREET, owned by the Louisville & Nashville, and one owned by the Western Railway of Alabama, were assigned to service on the jointly-operated New York – Washington – Atlanta – New Orleans “Crescent”. Anita and I rode this car in excursion service in October 2010 from Spencer to Asheville, NC.

Description:  The "Northern Sky" was built in 1955 by American Car & Foundry as UP # 9003.The first five (of 15), 9000-9004, were delivered for service on the City of Los Angeles, operated over the rails of the Union Pacific and the Milwaukee Road between Los Angeles and Chicago.

Title:  ex-UP "Pacific Sands"
Description:  "Pacific Sands" was delivered to the Union Pacific Railroad in April of 1950, part of a total of 50 Pacific Series sleeper cars delivered by the Budd Company. It was operated by the Pullman Company until the late 60's and saw service on the City of Los Angeles, City of San Francisco, and City of Portland along with other routes.

Description:  The "Cimarron River" was built by Pullman Standard in 1948 as a 14 roomette-4 double bedroom sleeper for the Frisco Railway's streamlined "Meteor" which ran from St. Louis Union Station to Oklahoma and had through sleepers to Chicago, New York and Washington.

Title:  Pullman "Georgia 300" business car
Description:  The Georgia 300 was built by the Pullman Standard Co. shops in 1930. It was operated as a lounge car named the General Polk on the New Orleans-New York Crescent Limited (operated by the L&N, West Point Route, Southern, and Pennsylvania). It was later purchased by the Georgia Railroad and reconfigured to Office Car 300.
